Go outdoors. If it’s warm enough, go in your bare-feet and find a patch of earth to connect with. Take your journal or a notebook with you. Perhaps you are near a stream or creek… go there. Connect with the magic of the earth. Focus on your breath. Breathe deeply. Be aware of the sounds, the smells, the air and how it feels to be immersed in nature. Write about what you see. Write about how it feels. Write about what you learn.
