Meet Trisha

Trisha Rockwell

As a graduate of Mt. Nittany Institute of Natural Health’s Holistic Health Practitioner program in State College PA, Trisha understands the value in finding one’s healthy balance in life.  She achieved Certified Retreat Coach designation in 2013 and is currently studying under Master Coach Helene Van Manen of Mountain Coaching of Beulah, CO to receive her Master Retreat Coach certification.

In February 2013, Trisha adopted a whole foods, plant based lifestyle and subsequently completed T. Colin Campbell’s Plant Based Nutrition Certificate program via eCornell.  She has found the plant based lifestyle to be a powerful form of personal healing and will incorporate this theme into all upcoming events.

Over the last decade while raising her two children; she has studied herbalism & holistic health; become a reiki practitioner; participated in a series of fitness DVDs; built a home party business; worked for a recreational real estate company; and owned a healing arts center.  A bookaholic, Trisha reads almost any spiritual growth or plant based nutrition book she can get her hands on.  Her degree is in Business Administration.  She has trained and received state certification to help victims of domestic violence and abuse.  She is committed to lifelong learning.

Canoeing down the local Pine Creek, camping with her family, riding bikes on the nearby rail trail, and taking downtime to read and journal are a few of the activities that she loves most.

Trisha acknowledges her teachers, Anne Mascelli, Laveta Piemme, Helene Van Manen and Ashley Clark.  These women have opened her eyes to a new way of being.
